MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENTS
As a leading Urban Planning firm IPS Inc. has been a part of many mixed-use developments. This type of urban development blends residential and commercial uses. Traditionally, human settlements have developed in these patterns. It is thought that mixed-use neighborhoods reduce traffic congestion by enabling people to walk more which in turn creates livelier communities with a higher quality of life.
